Glenn Carstensen of Jefferson was presented Oct. 22 with a 60-year certificate of appreciation and given a 60-year hat pin from American Legion Post #11.
“Our Post #11 is grateful for our loyal members,” said Post #11 commander Kenneth Arbuckle. “Members like Glenn allow our organization to continue to contribute to our community.”
